Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd sausage
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can sauerkraut, liquid removed
  • 3/4 c. instant oats
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce.) jar horseradish sauce
  • Mustard to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Combine lowfat sour cream, horseradish sauce, and mustard in bowl; mix well. Serve with sausage balls. Yield: 36 sausage balls.
