- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd sausage
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. instant oats
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce.) jar horseradish sauce
- Mustard to taste
Direcciones
- Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Combine lowfat sour cream, horseradish sauce, and mustard in bowl; mix well. Serve with sausage balls. Yield: 36 sausage balls.
