Ingredientes

  • 6 slices bread
  • 1/2 doz. Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pound sausage, I use Jimmy Dean
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Remove crust from bread and spread with butter. Place buttered side down in 13 x 9 x 2 casserole dish. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and dry mustard. Fry sausage, drain and crumble. Sprinkle sausage over bread, then add in egg and lowfat milk mix, and cheese. Cover and chill at least 8 hrs. (Better if sits overnight). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min. Good for breakfast or possibly brunch. Serve with a fresh fruit c..
