Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 med onion halved, sliced
  • 1 sm green pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 can whole tomatoes - (28 ounce)
  • 2 can kidney beans - (16 ounce ea) liquid removed
  • 1 tsp dry oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp dry basil leaves

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage. Remove and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Put all ingredients into crock. Cover and cook on: = 1 (Low) for 8 to 10 hrs.
  2. = Auto Shift 6 to 7 hrs.
  3. = 2 (High) 4 to 5 hrs.
  4. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
