Ingredientes
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 med onion halved, sliced
- 1 sm green pepper cut into chunks
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 can whole tomatoes - (28 ounce)
- 2 can kidney beans - (16 ounce ea) liquid removed
- 1 tsp dry oregano leaves
- 1 tsp dry basil leaves
Direcciones
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage. Remove and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Put all ingredients into crock. Cover and cook on: = 1 (Low) for 8 to 10 hrs.
