Ingredientes

  • 1 sm head green cabbage, shredded (about 6 c.)
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine or possibly water
  • 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  •     Salt and pepper
  • 6 x vegetarian sausages

Direcciones

  1. Put shredded cabbage in a glass or possibly ceramic bowl. In a small bowl, stir together wine, wine vinegar, and honey, till honey is dissolved. Pour over cabbage and set aside to marinate for 30 min to 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 325. In a medium skillet, over medium heat, heat margarine. Add in chopped onion and saut till onion is translucent/soft, about 4 min. Mix onions into the cabbage mix and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer cabbage mix to a 2-qt casserole, arrange sausages on top, and bake, uncovered, for 20 min. Turn sausages, and bake for an additional 20 min.
  4. Makes 6servings.
