Ingredientes

  • 1 pound warm Italian sausage
  • 2 med. peppers, minced
  • 1 c. onions, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 c. light cream (add in more cream or possibly lowfat milk if you want it more liquid)
  • 1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dry marjoram, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 10 ounce. fettucini, cooked
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cook sausage, pepper, onions, and garlic till brown. Drain fat. Stir in cream, parsley, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Boil. Reduce heat. Cook, stirring frequently over medium heat for 6-8 min. Toss with Parmesan cheese and pour over warm cooked fettucini. Toss together and serve.
