Ingredientes

  • 250 gm Lincolnshire sausage meat
  •     Open c. mushroom
  •     Raw pizza dough
  •     Mayonnaise
  •     Cherry tomatoes
  •     Iceberg lettuce

Direcciones

  1. Roll the pizza dough into little balls and bake in a warm oven for 4-5 min till golden brown and cooked.
  2. Roll the sausage meat into little balls and flatten with your thumb to make little burger shapes. Fry in a pan till golden brown on both sides.
  3. Using a small cutter make little round shapes from the mushroom and fry off.
  4. Assemble the burgers in the normal fashion and place onto a baking tray ready to heat through.
  5. Garnish with the lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise.
