Ingredientes
- 250 gm Lincolnshire sausage meat
- Â Â Open c. mushroom
- Â Â Raw pizza dough
- Â Â Mayonnaise
- Â Â Cherry tomatoes
- Â Â Iceberg lettuce
Direcciones
- Roll the pizza dough into little balls and bake in a warm oven for 4-5 min till golden brown and cooked.
- Roll the sausage meat into little balls and flatten with your thumb to make little burger shapes. Fry in a pan till golden brown on both sides.
- Using a small cutter make little round shapes from the mushroom and fry off.
- Assemble the burgers in the normal fashion and place onto a baking tray ready to heat through.
- Garnish with the lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise.
