Ingredientes

  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound or possibly less bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean)
  • 2 slices white bread, cubed
  • 6 Large eggs, beaten with seasonings as for scrambled Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Cook sausage and drain. Place sausage over bottom of 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and cubed bread over sausage. Pour egg mix over. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
