Sausage Gravy

When traveling outside of Pennsylvania Dutch Country this was the next best thing to Frizzed Beef for breakfast.

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Pork Sausage
  • 2 tbs. Flour
  • 3-1/2 cups Milk
  • Salt & Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Add sausage to 1/4 inch of water in skillet.
  2. Cook until sausage is browned and water has evaporated.
  3. Remove sausage and serve separately.
  4. Add flour and mix with grease and leavings.
  5. Pour milk slowly, stirring constantly.
  6. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  7. NOTE: Will thicken as it cools.
  8. Serve over toast, biscuts or fried potatoes.
