Sausage, Green Peppers And Onions

Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Rope sausage *
  • 2 x Green peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 med Onions, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine

Direcciones

  1. Cut sausage into 5-inch sections.
  2. In a large pot, boil sausage for approximately 30 min.
  3. In a skillet, heat butter and on medium low heat, add in green peppers and onions. Cover. Stir occasionally till peppers and onions are tender.
  4. Remove vegetables from skillet and add in sausage links . Fry on medium heat till brown. Add in green peppers and onions. Turn off heat.
  5. Serve on warm dog buns with mustard.
  6. Serves 8
