Receta Sausage, Green Peppers And Onions

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Rope sausage *
- 2 x Green peppers, sliced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 med Onions, sliced
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 4 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
Direcciones
- * Cut sausage into 5-inch sections.
- 1. In a large pot, boil sausage for approximately 30 min.
- 2. In a skillet, heat butter and on medium low heat, add in green peppers and onions. Cover. Stir occasionally till peppers and onions are tender.
- 3. Remove vegetables from skillet and add in sausage links . Fry on medium heat till brown. Add in green peppers and onions. Turn off heat.
- 4. Serve on warm dog buns with mustard.
- Serves 8
