Ingredientes

  • 1 pound sausage (bulk)
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 (8 ounce.) French onion dip
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Brown sausage till crumbly. Reserve 2 Tbsp. drippings and drain the rest. Combine flour and cornmeal. Add in dip, lowfat milk, sausage and drippings. Bake in small muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min till brown.
