Ingredientes

  • 1 pound Italian sausage, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 lg. green peppers, cut into 3/4" wide strips
  • 1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 can (11 ounce.) Campbell's Zesty tomato soup/sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 bag Uncle Bens boil in bag rice family size or possibly converted rice of your choice

Direcciones

  1. In covered skillet over medium heat, cook sausage in 2 Tbsp. water 5 min. Uncover; cook sausage till sausage is browned on all sides.
  2. Add in green peppers, onion and garlic to sausage in skillet. Cook till peppers are tender crisp, stirring frequently. Spoon off fat.
  3. Stir in soup, 1 c. water and vinegar. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 10 min. Cook rice - serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
