Receta Sausage & Peppers Italiano

Ingredientes
- 1 pound Italian sausage, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 lg. green peppers, cut into 3/4" wide strips
- 1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 can (11 ounce.) Campbell's Zesty tomato soup/sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 bag Uncle Bens boil in bag rice family size or possibly converted rice of your choice
Direcciones
- 1. In covered skillet over medium heat, cook sausage in 2 Tbsp. water 5 min. Uncover; cook sausage till sausage is browned on all sides.
- 2. Add in green peppers, onion and garlic to sausage in skillet. Cook till peppers are tender crisp, stirring frequently. Spoon off fat.
- 3. Stir in soup, 1 c. water and vinegar. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 10 min. Cook rice - serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
