Ingredientes

  • 2 1/3 lbs. baking potatoes, peeled, cut into 2 inch cubes
  • 2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage, cut into 2 inch pcs
  • 4 lg. green peppers, seeded & cut into 3 inch pcs
  • 2 lg. onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine potatoes, sausage, peppers and onions in 12 x 18 inch ovenproof glass dish. Drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake till potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally, about 50 min.
