Receta Sausage & Potato

Ingredientes

5 peppers 3 onions 5 red potatoes 3 lbs. Italian sweet sausage

1 (27 ounce.) can Hunts Homestyle Traditional Spaghetti sauce 1 c. red wine (opt.) 3 to 5 cloves finely minced garlic (opt.)

Direcciones

1. Layer bottom of large roasting pan with sausages. Slice up peppers and onions. Place on top of sausages. Wash and quarter red potatoes with skins on. Place on top of peppers and onions. Cover everything with the spaghetti sauce (add in the wine and minced onion, if using). Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 2 hrs. Uncover for the last 15 min. Remove from oven and mix up. Let stand for 10 min.
