Sausage Ravioli

Ingredientes

  • 3 warm Italian sausage
  • 3 sweet Italian sausage
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, minced
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1 (4 ounce.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 pkg. frzn cheese ravioli
  • 1 sm. jar Ragu
  • 1 (16 ounce.) canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1-2 tbsp. red wine
  • Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cook ravioli according to directions. Boil sausage 15 min. Drain and cold. Throw away casings and slice diagonally. Saute/fry sausage, onion, mushrooms, and pepper in 3 Tbsp. butter. Add in Ragu, tomatoes, and spices. Bring to boil, adding red wine.
  2. Alternate layers of ravioli and cheese and sauce (end with sauce). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
