Ingredientes

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 1 c. Minute Rice, cooked
  • 2 sm. cans tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 c. beef stock
  • 3/4 bell pepper, minced
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Brown sausage, break into small pcs and remove from skillet. Drain off all but 2 Tbsp. drippings. Saute/fry onion and bell pepper in drippings. Add in cooked rice, tomato sauce, parsley and beef stock. Stir in about 1/3 of the sausage. Simmer 5 - 10 min; turn into a casserole dish and top with remaining sausage. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min. Serves 6.
