Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon crushed sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 8 c. soft bread cubes
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Direcciones

  1. Add in 1 lb. of bulk pork sausage, crumbled and browned, with the remaining ingredients. You can substitute some of the sausage fat for the butter. Stuff into the turkey and bake as usual.
