Ingredientes

  • 3 pound Polish sausage, Kielbasa
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. cream
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • Healthy pinch of sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Slice sausage into 1/2 inch pcs. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees; drain.
  2. In saucepan, brown butter and flour. Add in remaining ingredients and stir till thickened. Pour over sausage and bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
