Receta Sausage With Mustard Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 pound Polish sausage, Kielbasa
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. cream
- 1 c. water
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 4 tbsp. prepared mustard
- Healthy pinch of sugar
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Slice sausage into 1/2 inch pcs. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees; drain.
- In saucepan, brown butter and flour. Add in remaining ingredients and stir till thickened. Pour over sausage and bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
