Ingredientes

  • 1 pound green beans, cleaned
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Blanch green beans till barely tender. Rinse under cool water. Heat butter in large frying pan. Saute/fry shallots. Add in herbs, salt and pepper. Add in beans and toss gently to coat. Add in more butter, if necessary. Saute/fry till warm.
