Ingredientes
- 1 pound green beans, cleaned
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Blanch green beans till barely tender. Rinse under cool water. Heat butter in large frying pan. Saute/fry shallots. Add in herbs, salt and pepper. Add in beans and toss gently to coat. Add in more butter, if necessary. Saute/fry till warm.
