Ingredientes

  • 4 split chicken breasts, boned and skinned
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. minced green onion
  • 1/2 lemon, cut into slices
  • Juice of other lemon half
  • 2 tbsp. sherry

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry chicken breasts till done. Remove from pan. Saute/fry mushrooms and onion in same pan. Add in lemon slices, lemon juice and sherry. Simmer for 1 to 2 min. Pour over chicken breasts. Serves 4.
