Receta Sauteed Chicken Breasts With Lemon And Sherry
Ingredientes
- 4 split chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. minced green onion
- 1/2 lemon, cut into slices
- Juice of other lemon half
- 2 tbsp. sherry
Direcciones
- Saute/fry chicken breasts till done. Remove from pan. Saute/fry mushrooms and onion in same pan. Add in lemon slices, lemon juice and sherry. Simmer for 1 to 2 min. Pour over chicken breasts. Serves 4.
