Ingredientes

  • 1 med Head radicchio, cleaned and sliced, into 3/4-inch slic
  • 2 x Heads Belgian endive, trimmed and sliced across their width into 3/4-inch slices
  • 5 c. Arugula, cleaned and, coarsely minced (5 ounces)
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  •     Healthy pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  •     Freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine the radicchio, endive and arugula.
  2. In a saute/fry pan large sufficient to hold all the greens, combine the extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook together on moderately high heat for about 45 seconds to flavor the oil, but don't allow the garlic to brown.
  3. Add in the greens, tossing continuously till they wilt, about 2 min.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately, or possibly at room temperature.
  5. Yield: 4 servings
