Ingredientes

  •     Nonstick cooking spray as needed
  • 1/2 c. julienned carrots
  • 1/2 c. julienned red bell peppers
  • 1/2 c. julienned yellow bell peppers
  • 1/2 c. asparagus cooked
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp butter

Direcciones

  1. Spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Add in the carrots and cook for 3 min.
  2. Lower the heat to medium, add in the asparagus and garlic, and cook for 3 more min. Heat the butter over the vegetables, toss them and serve.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
