Ingredientes
- Â Â Nonstick cooking spray as needed
- 1/2 c. julienned carrots
- 1/2 c. julienned red bell peppers
- 1/2 c. julienned yellow bell peppers
- 1/2 c. asparagus cooked
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 tsp butter
Direcciones
- Spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Add in the carrots and cook for 3 min.
- Lower the heat to medium, add in the asparagus and garlic, and cook for 3 more min. Heat the butter over the vegetables, toss them and serve.
