Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned and thickly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or possibly seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter till tender. Add in mushrooms; saute/fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 min. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper; stir lightly. Yield: 4 servings.
