Receta Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned and thickly sliced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt">salt or possibly seasoned salt">salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion in butter till tender. Add in mushrooms; saute/fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 min. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper; stir lightly. Yield: 4 servings.
