Savory Herb Meatloaf

I keep Stove Top stuffings on hand to use in place of leftover breadcrumbs, so I decided to add some to a meatloaf recipe. It turned out very tasty. Will be liked by kids who don't like "things" like onions.

Ingredientes

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup Savory Herb Stovetop Stuffing
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 T Worcestershire
  • 1/2 T lite soy sauce
  • dash Tabasco or Cholulua
  • glaze:
  • 1/2 C ketchup
  • 1 /2 T Dijon
  • 3 T brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together and shape as desired.
  3. Place the loaf in a baking dish.
  4. Mix up the glaze and spread on top.
  5. Bake 1 hour or more, depending on shape. Should bake to 165-170 degrees.
