Receta Savory Herb Meatloaf
I keep Stove Top stuffings on hand to use in place of leftover breadcrumbs, so I decided to add some to a meatloaf recipe. It turned out very tasty. Will be liked by kids who don't like "things" like onions.
Ingredientes
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup Savory Herb Stovetop Stuffing
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 T Worcestershire
- 1/2 T lite soy sauce
- dash Tabasco or Cholulua
- glaze:
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 1 /2 T Dijon
- 3 T brown sugar
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine all the ingredients together and shape as desired.
- Place the loaf in a baking dish.
- Mix up the glaze and spread on top.
- Bake 1 hour or more, depending on shape. Should bake to 165-170 degrees.
