Receta Savoy Cabbage And Spinach Saute

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil see tip
- 2 x cloves garlic chopped
- 4 c. shredded savoy cabbage (1/2-med head)
- 20 ounce prewashed baby spinach
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
Direcciones
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in garlic and cook, stirring 30 seconds. Add in cabbage and cook, stirring frequently, till wilted, about 5 min. Stir in spinach in batches till wilted, season with salt and pepper, and stir in lemon zest. Serve warm.
