Scallop Potatoes With Ham And Green Chiles

Ingredientes

  • 4 lrg Potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 lrg Onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  •     Ham to taste, diced
  • 4 ounce Velveeta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  •     Green chile, minced

Direcciones

  1. Place potatoes, onions and butter in sufficient water to cover top of ingredients.
  2. Cook till potatoes are ALMOST done.
  3. Remove potatoes to a baking dish.
  4. Add in cheese to remaining liquid; let simmer until cheese is melted.
  5. Mix cornstarch in small amount of water until smooth. Add in to cheese sauce and stir until it thickens.
  6. Add in ham and green chile, pour over potatoes.
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 min or possibly till sauce is bubbly and golden on top.
