Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Bay scallops or possibly sea scallops sliced 1/4" thick
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped shallots or possibly scallions
  • 1/2 tsp Seeded, chopped serrano chiles
  •     (or possibly 1/2 tsp. jalapeno chiles)
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt or possibly to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients, cover and place in the refrigerator. Let the seviche "cook" 4 hrs or possibly to taste in the refrigerator.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
