Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Bay scallops or possibly sea scallops sliced 1/4" thick
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped shallots or possibly scallions
- 1/2 tsp Seeded, chopped serrano chiles
- Â Â (or possibly 1/2 tsp. jalapeno chiles)
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp Kosher salt or possibly to taste
- 4 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients, cover and place in the refrigerator. Let the seviche "cook" 4 hrs or possibly to taste in the refrigerator.
