Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Cabbage
  • 1/4 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 4 Tbsp. Oleo
  • 15 x Soda crackers
  •     Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cut cabbage in chunks and cook for 10 min. Drain. Arrange in casserole and sprinkle with flour. Heat lowfat milk with cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage. Heat oleo and crumbled crackers, sprinkle over cabbage. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Don't COVER WHILE BAKING.
