Ingredientes

  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can (7 ounce.) tuna, liquid removed
  • 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in saucepan and saute/fry onion about 5 min. Blend in flour and salt gradually, stir in lowfat milk and stir over medium heat till thickened. Stir in tuna. Put potatoes in greased 2 qt casserole dish and stir in tuna mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover 30 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
