Receta Scalloped Potato And Tuna Casserole

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can (7 ounce.) tuna, liquid removed
- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
Direcciones
- Heat butter in saucepan and saute/fry onion about 5 min. Blend in flour and salt gradually, stir in lowfat milk and stir over medium heat till thickened. Stir in tuna. Put potatoes in greased 2 qt casserole dish and stir in tuna mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover 30 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
