Ingredientes

  • 10 ounce. can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 16 ounce. can tomatoes, liquid removed and minced
  • 10 ounce. pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 c. sliced onion
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients except 1/2 c. cheese and the potatoes. In a buttered casserole, layer sauce alternately with potatoes, beginning and ending with sauce. Cover, bake 1 hour and 10 min at 375 degrees. Uncover; sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake an additional 15 min.
