Ingredientes

  • 4 c. potatoes, thinly sliced and pared
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick/Schilling black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp McCormick/Schilling dry mustard
  • 2 c. Cheerios cereal finely crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. Blue Bonnet margarine melted
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick/Schilling paprika

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 1/2-qt casserole. Layer potatoes in casserole; sprinkle with flour and onion. Heat lowfat milk, salt, pepper and mustard in 1-qt saucepan over low heat; pour over potatoes. Mix cereal, margarine, and paprika; sprinkle proportionately over potatoes. Bake till potatoes are fork- tender and cereal mix is golden, about 1 hour. 6 servings.
