Receta Scalloped Potatoes With Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 4 pork chops
- 4 c. sliced raw potatoes
- Onion as desired
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 teaspoon flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Brown pork chops on both sides. Alternate potatoes, onions, pepper, salt, and flour in a baking dish. Place browned pork chops on top of potatoes. Pour off some of the grease which the pork chop were browned in and heat lowfat milk in same skillet. Pour into baking dish, adding sufficient to cover potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Mushroom soup can be added, if you like.
