Ingredientes

  • 6 lbs. potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
  • 3/4 teaspoon dill seed
  • 3/4 teaspoon mustard seed
  • Lowfat milk according to desired thickness
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 med. minced onion
  • 2 lbs. smoked sausage, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Peel potatoes, slice 1/2 inch thick. Boil for 10 min; drain. Fold in large broiling pan everything but lowfat milk and potatoes. Mix well. Add in potatoes; mix well. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to fill pan 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees 45 min to 1 hour. Should cover with foil at least first 30 min.
