Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound Bay scallops
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 20 Ritz crackers
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. chopped chives
  • 4 tbsp. light cream

Direcciones

  1. Wash and drain scallops. Crumble crackers. Mix with the butter and chives. Arrange alternate layers of cracker crumbs and 2 layers of scallops. Pour cream over surface. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 min. Serves 4. Also good with filet fish substituted for scallops.
