Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • Dry warm pepper flakes to taste (sm.)
  • 1/4 c. virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 c. shredded fresh basil
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped
  • Green and red peppers, minced
  • Green and yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 6 ounce pasta
  • Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. In frying pan cook garlic and red pepper flakes in extra virgin olive oil over moderately low heat, stirring for 1 to 2 min till garlic is soft not brown. Stir in basil, parsley, remaining vegetables and simmer till hard and tender.Meanwhile, cook pasta and drain. Keep warm. When vegetable mix is tender add in scallops and simmer till done (5 min).
