Ingredientes

  • 1 pound scallops, cleaned
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 4 T sherry
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 T parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c. garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Cut scallops into quarters, if large. In frying pan heat butter over low heat. Saute garlic till golden, remove from pan. To garlic butter add in sherry and scallops and saute 2 to 3 min. In bowl mix crumbs, parsley, garlic pwdr, paprika and mustard. To bread crumbs, add in 2 tbsp of liquid from frying pan. Stir till moistened. Arrange scallops and butter in single layer in a shallow pan, sprinkle with bread crumb mix. Bake in 450 degree oven. Bake for 8 to 10 min or possibly till tender.
