Ingredientes

  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 c. dry white wine
  • 2 chopped shallots or possibly 3 scallions
  • 3 sprigs parsley, minced
  • Freshly grnd black pepper
  • Lemon wedges

Direcciones

  1. Simmer the scallops, wine, shallots and parsley in a saucepan for 5-6 min. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with lemon wedges. Delicious with brown rice. Yields: 4 servings.
