- 1 pound scallops
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 2 chopped shallots or possibly 3 scallions
- 3 sprigs parsley, minced
- Freshly grnd black pepper
- Lemon wedges
Direcciones
- Simmer the scallops, wine, shallots and parsley in a saucepan for 5-6 min. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with lemon wedges. Delicious with brown rice. Yields: 4 servings.
